Introduction of Friendship Forever Committee Inc.

The former students of Karma Lekshey Ling Institute in New York City have done excellent work. With their pure motivation and sincere dedication, they have shown their upright interest and have helped the Institute by working hard and by donating to the good cause.

January 1, 2010 was an auspicious day in New York City. We all came together and had a meeting on how to promote non-violence and loving kindness among each other as well as in the whole world. I am proud that we started this committee, which is called “Friendship Forever.”
Our work is:

1. to preserve, revive and educate others in Buddhist ethical values and the language; and
2. to organize meetings, educational programs and seminars on Buddhist history, language and culture.

I have full trust in you all and am confident that you will keep your pure motivation and sincere interest forever young, which each one of you have shown. I am sure you will support and make this committee achieve its goal. Let’s all join hands and make this world a better place to live.
